• During winter and early spring, snow chains are recommended as the weather can change rapidly.
• Please respect quiet hours – the home is in a residential area
• You may encounter wildlife – secure all food and trash
• There is a $25 fee per EV charge. We ask guests to avoid charging between peak hours (from 4 pm - 9 pm).
• No smoking or parties – $1,000 fine for rule violations
• Due to updated county regulations, firewood is no longer permitted on the property.
• Travel insurance is recommended

SECURITY CAMERAS & NOISE MONITORING
• Security cameras installed outside the property to ensure safety (but none inside the house). The cameras are on the front yard, back yard, and side yards. We have access to all recorded footage at all times.
• This property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring device to ensure compliance with our no-party policy. This device detects noise levels (decibels) and occupancy, but doesn't record, stream, or store any audio or conversations. It is located between the dining room and the pool table, and is active 24/7 to guarantee privacy-safe monitoring.

PET INFORMATION
• We accommodate up to a maximum of 2 house-trained dogs. Please include in your reservation. The following pet breeds are not permitted per the insurance policy: pitbulls, rottweilers, german shephards, doberman pinschers, chow chows, wolf hybrids, and presa canarios.
• Pets must be crated if left unattended
• Guests will be responsible for any damaged caused by pets.
• There is a $150 pet fee per stay

To keep everyone safe and follow local fire laws, please review and follow these outdoor fire rules:

• Use of the grill or barbecue provided at the property (no personal equipment, please)

❌ No wood-burning fire pits, bonfires, or campfires.
❌ No charcoal grills of any kind.
❌ Guests may not bring their own grills or fire pits.
❌ No cooking or fire devices allowed under trees, umbrellas, decks, or near flammable materials.
