„El hotel está precioso, sus albercas muy padres y su comida muy buena. Lamentablemente si no eres gringo tienes que repetir lo que necesitas hasta 3 veces para que sus meseros (no todos, pero varios) te hagan caso o te presten atención. Andan cromándosela a los gringos por 1 usd y a los paisas (que andamos de pendejos dándoles de $100-$200) ni nos pelan. Jamás nos había pasado esto en otro hotel de Mazatlán “

„I was in Mazatlán and I came across this property. There was no days blocked off on the calendar for the days I chose to stay so I booked it. I paid just shy of 2900.00 and after the payment was accepted the host messaged me and said that I cannot have the house as there is already people staying at this house. Well I booked this house on December 3rd and because I booked it within the 24hr time frame I couldn’t cancel. So I have been back and forth with VRBO about this issue. It is now December ...

„Admittedly, we went at the busiest time of year, so sure, pool loungers and umbrellas were in short supply. Everything else was spot on. We stayed in a Preferred Room, which gave us a much easier check in, access to the lounge and adult pool. The room was wonderful and well appointed and so comfy. Beach was clean, empty and wildly enjoyable. Staff were SO kind and thoughtful.“
