The apartment accommodates a maximum of 7 guests (including children). Unauthorized outside visitors not approved by building administration are strictly not permitted.

Community & House Rules:
• 100% smoke-free property in all interior areas.
• This is a family-oriented, peaceful residential community: loud parties and high-volume music are not allowed in common areas outside authorized hours (this includes the private apartment terrace).
• No parties or events are permitted inside the apartment or in common areas at any time.

Check-in & Check-out Hours:
• Check-in: From 3:00 PM (Mazatlán local time).
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM (Mazatlán local time).
(We kindly ask you to respect these times to allow sufficient time for our team's deep cleaning and unit preparation).

Quiet Hours:
From 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect the rest and quiet of the residential community.
NOTE: Any fines issued by Península Condominium Administration resulting from house rule violations by the guest party will be transferred in full and charged directly to the guest

Pet Policy:
Per building regulations and Península Administration’s strict policy, pets of any kind are strictly prohibited on the premises and inside the units.

Estimated Average Usage:
During hot seasons, the estimated average for a unit of this size ranges from $300 to $500 MXN per day. However, the final amount depends entirely on mindful air conditioning usage during your stay.

We’ve got you covered! As an exclusive benefit for your stay, we provide a complimentary credit of $600 MXN.

How is the remaining balance paid?
For your convenience, you have two simple options:
At the Administration Office: Directly upon arrival at the condo offices via credit or debit card.
Via Host: You can transfer the payment to us via bank transfer; we will apply it directly to your unit’s meter and provide the official receipt immediately.
We greatly appreciate your mindful energy consumption by turning off the air conditioning units whenever you leave the apartment to explore Mazatlán.

CLEANING & LINEN POLICY:
We want your home away from home to be in pristine condition, under the following policy:
What is included in your standard rate?: The one-time cleaning fee included in your reservation covers unit sanitization and setup prior to check-in, as well as a turnover deep clean upon checkout.

Optional Mid-Stay Services: If you require additional housekeeping, laundry service, or linen and towel refreshes during your stay, these can easily be scheduled for an additional fee.

Traveling with more than one vehicle?:
If bringing additional cars, you have two options:
Free Option: You may park along the exterior median directly opposite the front security gate (outside the complex).
Additional On-Site Space: You may request an extra spot inside the complex's covered parking area (subject to availability) for $300 MXN per day.

Important note: Please notify us in advance if you plan to arrive with more than one vehicle so we can coordinate gate registration and ensure seamless entry with security staff.
