„A lovely spot! The view right from inside the cabin and from the Adirondack chairs closer to the lake is beautiful. The cabin has a nice, slightly rustic feel but with modern appliances. The host has everything neat and tidy, with necessary supplies stocked up and easy to find. The whole place is neat and uncluttered. We enjoyed using the canoe provided to explore some of the islands in the lake. From out on the lake one gets views of Mt Katahdin.“

„Stayed there with our twos dogs and the location was perfect. Camp was very clean and is directly on the water, even had a dock for us to dock our fishing boat. It has everything you need. Beautiful big windows in the front let in so much natural light and the sunsets views are perfect from the front deck. I do wish the camp had a bigger bed the double was a little tight for us but other than that the place was percent for us.“

„Sheperd's cabin is a very cozy log cabin. The location right on the lake is just incredible. If you are looking for a quiet place this is it. It was very clean and had everything you needed. The washing machine was also a plus. Unfortunately we could not use the kayaks because it was raining and cold. We would stay here again anytime.“
