„We enjoyed our visit. The cabins were exactly what we expected. We had some Internet issues the first two days of our visit, but the host was quick to respond and helped resolve the issues. The beds were comfortable. The cabin sleeps 6, but the pullout couch was not the most comfortable. I’d say the pullout couch is best for small children. And once the pullout bed is down, there is no space to get out the door. Just some things to consider. Overall it’s hard to beat the location and beach right ...

„We weren't planning on staying inside very much, so although it was a little tight for two adults and two kids under 12, it wasn't a problem at all. Loved that we could walk right out to the beach and there was plenty of outdoor seating available. We also appreciated the kayaks and life jackets available. The location was really good too, a short drive from Oscoda and Tawas.“

The staff and host were very responsive and easy to interact with, especially Tricia, Nick, and Mackenzie, and we had every amenity we could think of. „We rented all 3 homes for our stay, so there was plenty of entertaining games for kids and water toys and chairs.Interior fireplace in the larger home was nice on the cold nights we were there.Really the only 2 disappointments we ran into was if you are planning to take a boat of any size to the lake make sure the State Park boat ramp is open. „This is our second time coming here and we will definitely be back. The cabin was nice, clean on arrival and nicely stocked. The only thing that we had to buy was shampoo and body wash so bring your own or stop at a dollar store to grab some! Other than that, everything was there. The cabin is right on the beach and has grills, a fire pit, kayaks, firewood, and everything else for a perfect, serene holiday. We really enjoyed our stay!“
