„So it took us an embarrassing amount of time to figure out where check in was. Hint, it’ll feel like you’re in the wrong place but you’re not. The staff at check in was helpful and efficient. I was taken aback at how beautiful the building and the views were. I imagine in its early days it was even more incredible. Vintage, high end ski lodge vibes. With the map we were provided at checkin we found our lodge/room relatively easily. I was disappointed our room didn’t have its own balcony, but ...

„Lance is very responsive to your needs. There is a large refrigerator and microwave. You will need to bring your own microwavable items for cooking. He did bring us some paper plates and plasticware. Better to bring your own. Very quiet unless you have neighbors who bang their screen door. That was comfortable. Bear floor so we brought our own rugs Culligan water dispenser. Nice outdoor seating. “

„We enjoyed our visit. The cabins were exactly what we expected. We had some Internet issues the first two days of our visit, but the host was quick to respond and helped resolve the issues. The beds were comfortable. The cabin sleeps 6, but the pullout couch was not the most comfortable. I’d say the pullout couch is best for small children. And once the pullout bed is down, there is no space to get out the door. Just some things to consider. Overall it’s hard to beat the location and beach right ...

„We weren't planning on staying inside very much, so although it was a little tight for two adults and two kids under 12, it wasn't a problem at all. Loved that we could walk right out to the beach and there was plenty of outdoor seating available. We also appreciated the kayaks and life jackets available. The location was really good too, a short drive from Oscoda and Tawas.“
