„A lovely spot! The view right from inside the cabin and from the Adirondack chairs closer to the lake is beautiful. The cabin has a nice, slightly rustic feel but with modern appliances. The host has everything neat and tidy, with necessary supplies stocked up and easy to find. The whole place is neat and uncluttered. We enjoyed using the canoe provided to explore some of the islands in the lake. From out on the lake one gets views of Mt Katahdin.“

„Clean, great view of Moosehead Lake, top notch appliances. The only issue we had was the main bathroom door was very sticky and the door knob didn’t work the best. My wife had difficulty getting out of the bathroom a couple times. Overall it’s a great property and we were very comfortable and loved our time there!“

I will say, the showers are a bit strange with the controls outside the shower itself, also no barrier to keep water in the shower. But the heat lamps in the bathroom were wonderful after returning from a COLD ride!! Would definitely stay again.“

„The location and property design are great. The hosts have everything that we needed for our visit. The lake view is fantastic and we saw northern lights 2 out of 3 nights. Home had a charcoal grill and fire pit we used several times. We didn’t get to use the kayaks so that’ll have to be next time. A few minute drive to the center of town with several good restaurants. Definitely would rent this place again. “

„We stayed here for our Birthday weekend to go side by siding. 9 adults, we were going to being our dog but decided not to at the last minute. Had we done it, this property was more than prepared! „We woke up to spectacular views of the lake and went to sleep after seeing a sky full of stars. This is a warm, clean cabin with all the necessities of home with the exception of WiFi. While the tv works, I couldn’t get any channels on it, however, this is the type of place where we unplugged and unwound!!! Short backwoods drive to Gulf Hagas for a great hike and 10 minutes to Greenville and Moosehead Lake. Highly recommended!!!“
