„Very enjoyable comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend to others!“

„Only negative was uncomfortable bed“

„A lovely place to stay from the friendly welcome with clean, spacious rooms and excellent breakfast in beautiful surroundings. “

„Friendly helpful staff. Lovely room.“

„Really lovely building and grounds.“

„Non-contact hotel offering good facilities for stay in Oakham. Comfy bed, very nice washroom and basic appliances. Good value for money“

„No complaints.“

„Perfect location. Easy check in. Reasonable price“

„Decent on paper, disappointing in reality. The room looked fine in the photos but fell short in person. We were on the ground floor and arrived to a strong smell of cigarettes - the throw blanket had a burn hole in it, suggesting a previous guest had smoked despite the advertised £100 fine. There was pink staining on the shower floor and the only chair had a broken spindle on the back - when I went to move it, the top rail separated entirely from the remaining spindles and I had to pop it back ...

„Although we almost turned around upon walking down the block towards the guest house, I am glad we stayed there. Paul, the custodian, was charming and helpful, the facilities were adequate, and access to food make a simple breakfast was nice, but every room should have a fan. We appreciated the price, but will not stay there again.“

„Great location. Probably in need of a renovation but rooms are clean and guests are made to feel comfortable. Great customer service“

„Da ich öfter in der Gegend bin wähle ich nur noch dieses Hotel. Es sind kleine Zimmer mit Bad die aus ehemaligen Stallungen gebaut sind. Ein wunderbares Restaurant mit typischem Pub im Hauptgebäude.“

„The description of the property was very descriptive. We booked the master suite which turned out to be a bedroom with a shared bathroom. We were never shown the lounge or the dining room. The hosts were never around. There was no fire alarm in the kitchen. There were no procedures regarding fire etc. The place is very very tired and looked uncared for. We would definitely not recommend this property.“

„Anthony was a very helpful host. We appreciated the full use of the kitchen and the washing machine.“

„Dit was een verschrikking in Een gevaarlijke buurt en het was dubbel verhuurd Geen verder contact mogelijk en geen geld terug gekregen DIT moet gestopt worden En als nog mijn geld terug krijgen“

„Very Clean and Great Place to stay “
