Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit
The property is beach front and housed myself, my husband, his parents and my mother. This property has so much potential but was severely lacking in some areas. For example: the balcony railing was held together with a zip tie. We were afraid to put any pressure on it because it wiggled with the slightest touch. My husband works in HVAC and checked the air filter... It was completely covered in dirt and debris and the date on it was crossed our from July of 2024 and wrote on top was 2025. There was dust in all the rooms. The kitchen was poorly stocked with no cutting boards, knives that were too dull to cut through anything, no oven pan to cook on, and when we pulled out dishes we had to wash them before we used them because they were dirty. The cushions on the bar stools are stained. There was no broom in the house to sweep up the sand that was brought in after spending time at the beach. We ended up buying our own broom. We left the condo cleaner then we found it. Beds were thin and hurt to sleep on after a few nights. Not a complaint: but one thing that surprised us was that when we got in the unit, there was no welcome book explaining anything we may have needed to know to do when arriving/departing. Some good things: they had a beach wagon, chairs and buckets with sifters to use at the beach. There was a pool on the property as well as a kiddie pool and hot tub area. They had a Roku TV in each room and plenty of dresser/closet space for your belongings. Pet friendly
