The location is great with easy access to downtown, SOMA, and midtown. It’s a very walkable neighborhood. The owners were very easy to communicate with and check in/check out was simple. I really appreciated that it was pet friendly. I would absolutely recommend.“

It delivered and then some! We had a great time enjoying the outdoors like we exected right on the river, but we even had fun indoors with the pool table, basketball, etc. For a family of seven, having more than enough beds for each of us is a luxury we don't often get! „Location was close to great restaurants and the area seemed safe (even with the eyesore across the street). House is older with a little bit of disrepair, but kitchen has been updated. Overall we had a nice two night stay.“

The house was very clean, adequately described in listing, and Ruth made sure we had everything we needed. We were concerned about the location’s proximity to I-630 but it never bothered our sleep. „This is an older home that the owner fixed up to be a vacation rental. Cute house in a cute neighborhood. Wifi and AC worked great. Nice fenced in back yard with a new picnic table. We had issues initially getting in touch with the owner which was stressful but she may be new to VRBO so that may improve over time. There was a sanitation issue but it was something that can be easily remedied so we won't share that here as it may not have been the owner's fault. I would recommend staying here. ...
