Spacious Home with Big Backyard

This sunlit 1920s bungalow has all the character of a home built in its day but with the thoughtful amenities you appreciate most when traveling! It is centrally located in Little Rock with quick access to every part of the city, just five minutes from all the major hospitals and ten minutes from downtown. The home has been freshly renovated and is ready to welcome guests into its space. Your furry travelers (and children!) will LOVE the spacious backyard!

The space has been creatively decorated to welcome you into a cheery, comfortable experience. As we have spent significant parts of our lives in India, we couldn't help but include a little Indian flair in one of the bedrooms to remind us of our other home.

The fenced-in backyard is great for dogs and children, and has a patio area for hanging out. There is also a well-stocked game and toy closet for the younger ones in your group.

We have traveled a lot ourselves so comfort is a great priority! One queen bedroom has a Casper mattress, while the other has a down-feather mattress topper. There is also a pack-n-play for smaller children.

Winter guests: please be aware that the fireplace is not functional.

There is a driveway on the side that fits two vehicles, one behind the other. There is additional parallel street parking if needed. Please do not park on the grass.

PLEASE NOTE REGARDING PETS: There is a non-refundable pet fee of $35 (total, not per pet). While we love being able to offer a place for those traveling with their furry friends, we also want to be sensitive to those with allergies. This fee allows for extra cleaning time between guests. We appreciate your understanding. We ask that all pets be house-trained, do not get on the furniture, and are kenneled when you aren't around.

The home is less than a mile from the zoo and near some great coffee shops and restaurants. A welcome guide with some of our favorite places is available to guide your time in the city.

Please remember you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.
Pets are considered upon request only (including ESAs). A non-refundable pet deposit of $35 per stay is required.
Please keep in mind we are in a residential neighboorhood with long-term neighbors that we have a good relationship with and want to be considerate of them!
