Step out onto one of the two front porches in the morning and enjoy a hot cup of coffee while relaxing in one of the comfortable rocking chairs and watching the neighborhood wake up. Plan for the day ahead or simply sit back and watch the morning unfold.

Through the back door, you’ll find a lovely outdoor space with two levels of porches. The top-level porch features a table and seating for 4 for you to enjoy. The backyard is fully fenced with an 8-person hot tub and outdoor fire pit with seating for 8.

This spacious home is in the perfect location for discovering Charleston and local beaches! Ideally located in a residential neighborhood just off of Rivers Ave, you can enjoy your own spacious environment while still being close to all the action. Uber and Lyft are readily available to help you enjoy the downtown scene, local restaurants, and other attractions.

Your safety matters. This property has Ring cameras on the exterior part of the house, this will be on at all times but don't worry, it does not look into interior spaces. There are 2 at the front entry door and garage and 2 in the back one at entry and one on the back of the garage.

Car friendly, ride share readily available. 10 min from the Charleston Airport and 15-20 Min to Downtown Charleston.

The kitchen opens up onto the sleek dining area. You’ll find a charming wooden dining table that comfortably seats eight and a bar with barstools with additional seating for three. You’ll love the clean lines, high ceilings, and new furniture for elevating your dining experience.

If you need to get work done during your stay, the fast Wi-Fi makes it a breeze along with a nook appointed with a desk, chair and monitor. Sofa can be converted into a sofa bed.
