„Dear SIr/Madam Unfortunately the property was not to the standard that we would expect for the price we paid. On arriving at the property we noted that the outside furniture was dirty, there are plants blocking the entrance to the stairs leading up to the apartment. The stairs and front door mat had not been swept and they were clustered with leaves. The outside sitting area was covered in leaves. Inside the tops of the curtains were full of dust, the floor was sticky and had not been cleaned. ...

It came with a large fenced backyard (we utilized the cornhole set provided by the host). We were able to walk to local restaurants and bars from the house in under 10 minutes.
