This modern two bedroom, one bathroom duplex comfortably hosts up to four guests and is ideal for a small family or friends traveling together. The open living room is bright and inviting, with plenty of space to relax and a large Smart TV for movie nights.

The fully equipped galley kitchen opens to a dining table that seats six, with additional bar seating at the counter. Coffee lovers will appreciate both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. Outside, the private fenced backyard offers a cozy high top table for two, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.

Both bedrooms feature comfortable beds, one king and one queen, along with Smart TVs. A shared bathroom with a tub and shower combo completes the space. Oakwood on the Park is a comfortable, convenient home base for enjoying all that Park Circle and Charleston have to offer!

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

Graduation and Moving north

The property was perfect. Having stayed in Park Circle previously, we knew we wanted to be somewhere near all the action and great restaurants.The accommodations were perfect for us two. It was extremely quiet, and didn't hear much from the outside. It was a very quiet neighborhood.The beds were super comfy and roomy, and thebedroom curtains were blackout so you never knew what time it was. I slept like a log due to how quiet it was.The kitchen was well stocked for plenty of cooking (we only made breakfasts). Everything was perfect! I would recommend to anyone. If I was coming back, I'd stay again.

The neighborhood is super cute. A nice little park across from the duplex. Duplex itself is really nice and cute and very very very clean and it has a cute little porch on the front that you can sit out on. Definitely if I go back to Charleston anytime soon and I would definitely look to book this property again.

Fun little vrbo

This was a stay for a transition between homes that my husband, two Scottie’s and myself needed to stay before moving to our new home. It was clean and nicely decorated. Dog friendly. And close to some very good park circle restaurants. The park outside the vrbo was great for quick walks for the dogs. It’s also safe and family oriented. I would go back.

lovely neighborhood great house

This was the perfect place to stay for the Highwater Music Festival. The property was very clean and nicely appointed with solid basics and small extras like laundry soap and extra pillows. The neighborhood was active and busy with lots of families and dogs. The properties around the house were well cared for and you could tell this was a community.The property was a very good value. Communication with property management was great.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at the Oakwood! The property was clean and well stocked with the necessities. Fantastic location, only a quick walk to all of the restaurants and bars on East Montague. My only complaint is the lack of water pressure in the shower, it was all but impossible to wash my hair.

Super Cute Home in Great Location!

We were diplaced do to Hurricane Helene, this house was just what we needed! Felt like a home away from home. Cozy and clean and thr walkability of the neighborhood was great! Walked to the park to let the kiddo play many times. 100% recommend!

A Perfect Stay

My partner and I stayed here for a week and it was great in every way! The house is very clean, spacious, quiet and well stocked. It was very walkable and safe, with lots of nice houses around. We walked to bars multiple nights and took our dog around the nearby pond and park. If you come over July 4th, you can walk to the local fireworks festival, too! Please note the backyard is fenced but you do share with the duplex neighbors (we didn’t see them, but good to know for reactive dog owners). Downtown Charleston, Sullivan’s Island, and Isle of Palms are a short drive as well. Access to The Wonderer was a nice addition. Our only “hiccup” was our lounge chair was stolen, but we suspect the neighbors or management team accidentally put it out with the trash and somebody picked it up. We had it resting against the outdoor trash cans because we were planning to brush sand off of it, so that’s our fault. The digital visitor guides provided to us were a nice touch as well. I’d highly recommend this place!!! We would have loved to stay longer.

Cozy spot for long weekend getaway

This was a great little place for a long weekend in Charleston. The photos are accurate - it was very clean, well decorated and cozy. There were neighbors, but we never heard them - the house is well insulated. The location was great for walking to North Charleston and Riverfront Park, which was our goal. As the photos mention, the pool is offsite so didn't get to check that out. Would stay again!

Wonderful Stay!

Oakwood was spotless clean with comfortable beds, linens and cotton fresh towels. Kitchen was well equipped! We made Thanksgiving dinner for our family. Loved the fenced in backyard for our dog. Great location to Park circle, restaurants and bars. We will be back!

Wonderful stay and location!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely rental! We brought our 2 year old and this location is ideal for kids because it’s walkable to parks, a playground and other cute areas to explore. Cozy, quiet, and comfortable - would stay again and highly recommend!

Great property!

The home was just as depicted. It was probably the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. Everything was immaculate. I was only there for an overnight but was able to extend my checkout with a last minute request. The management company was responsive via email at midnight! The location is very convenient and in a nice, safe neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this property.
