Unfortunately got locked out during our stay, however our Host was very responsive & helpful. She helped resolve our issue very swiftly. Upon arrival our parking situation was a little confusing & I didn't expect to park our car in mud/sand underneath a tree. “

As soon as we turned in the driveway there were people walking all around the house and sitting outside in groups playing cards and watching us unload. Sketchy feel. We couldn’t get the door to work (our fault) and I called the property owner. She was VERY NICE and understanding of our mistake. The inside of the house is very clean and comfortable. “
