Our home is ideally nestled within 5 minutes of the Charleston Airport, within 15 minutes of downtown Charleston, and less than 30 minutes to the beautiful beaches of Folly and Sullivan's Island. 32 golf courses and many historical landmarks are also located within 20 miles of the property. Come enjoy our coastal chic themed home, which comfortably sleeps 12 guests, perfectly blended with luxury and comfort in the charming Park Circle neighborhood. Our spacious living area boasts a full kitchen and comfortable seating options, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the nearby beaches and local attractions. The back patio features a cozy fire pit for roasting marshmellows under the stars, while the large game room is equipped with a pool table for family fun. Kids will love the bunk room, designed with their imagination in mind. With local restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, markets, and retail stores within walking/biking distance, our home is the ideal base for families or groups looking for a fun and relaxing getaway in the Lowcrountry.

Our home boasts 4 spacious bedrooms, each uniquely designed to provide our guests with a comfortable stay. Each bedroom is extremely spacious with large windows to allow for a wealth of natural light. The bunkbeds in the large upstairs bedroom are great for families travelling with kids.

The second floor showcases a game room equipped with a pool table for you and your family to enjoy while making vacation memories. With ample seating, a live edge bar top, Bose sound system, and fun neon lights, this space is the premiere location within the property to let your hair down.

The living space is equipped with 3 smart TVs, so you won't have to go far to stream shows, movies, or cheer on your favorite sports teams.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with cooking utensils, a refrigerator, oven, gas-burning stove top, microwave, dishwasher, pots/pans, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and a Nutribullet blender. There is also plenty of counter and cabinet space to accomodate your every need.

The spacious back deck is accessed through the laundry room and features a fire pit with plenty of seating for the whole party to unwind. There is also a motorized awning with string lighting that allows you to enjoy the beautiful Charleston nights whether rain or shine!

The driveway conveniently fits 2 vehicles for complimentary off-street parking. Additional parking in the front of the house is on a first come, first serve basis.

Please note there are two exterior security cameras. There is also a noise monitor located inside the home. This noise monitor does not record conversations, only noise levels.

There is absolutely no smoking in the house.
Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Guests are responsible for following the City of North Charleston's Ordinance rules.

Also, in accordance with the laws of the City of North Charleston, we are not permitted to host events such as weddings, parties, or similar gatherings.
