Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests of The Boroughs will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to Paradiso. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

We really enjoyed the house, and it served as a great base of operations for our vacation. There was enough space for my family and our pets. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with cookware, utensils, and appliances. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The outdoor space was large enough and had a nice propane grill that was simple to use. The wifi was also fantasic throughout the house. The hosts responded quickly to messages and were very helpful in giving us ideas for outings.

We loved the house and we all enjoyed our short time at this property. On the downside, we were not totally comfortable with the neighborhood - on our first night in the house, three young children rang the doorbell at around 9:30PM and invited us to go out and watch them do gymnastic moves. We were wondering why parents of these children allow them to be out after 9:30PM much less casually invite neighbors to hang out with them outside at night. We found this a bit disturbing, to say the least.

Our stay was amazing. This house was crisp and clean. It had all of the creature comforts someone would need on vacation. We appreciated access to the washer and dryer, especially traveling with small kids. The kitchen was well equipped and there were enough linens and towels for everyone. We did not use the backyard due to the heat but it was well manicured and looked nice. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

My friends and I had a great time at this Vrbo! The host has clear instructions on checking in and out, plus a list of great recommendations for the area! The backyard was the perfect place for our dinners and the towels on the beds were so cute. Cannot recommend this spot enough!

New Build in a Developing Location

The listing of this rentals interior is as advertised. However, it is a new build in a developing area. As someone who does not know anything about the Charleston area, I now know there is a big difference between North Charleston and downtown. Moving forward I now know it’s equally as important to understand the surroundings and neighborhood of the VRBO rentals as it is to review the actual listing itself. I recommend google mapping yourself into this area so you fully understand the location.

This house was located around 25 minutes from each beach. The house itself was nicely renovated and has a ton of beds to choose from. The hang out space is large enough for 10 adults to hang out in. The price for this house is great.
