Welcome to Orangeburg Street! This property just went through an extensive renovation and is located adjacent to vibrant Park Circle! This listing features a backyard pool oasis and covered hangout area. Only 10 minutes to Historic Downtown Charleston and 1 mile from Park Circle`s bustling nightlife and restaurant line up. This property is ready to unlock your Charleston dream vacation. Also, only 15 minutes to the CHS International Airport!

As you walk into Unit B, you will be greeted with an open floor plan. You will enter the unit in the living space which features a sofa and mounted flat screen TV. Past the living space is the full kitchen that is equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast.

The bedroom has a queen bed, a large walk in closet, and an en suite bathroom. The closet has plenty of storage space for your clothes and luggage. The bathroom will be supplied with our soaps, fresh towels, and features a step in shower.

The backyard features the pool, covered hangout space with tables and chairs, turf lawn, and BBQ grill.

We provide a starter supply of coffee, toiletries, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags for your convenience. Numerous grocery stores are located nearby for any additional or preferred items you may need.

Hurricane/Weather Policy:
In the event of a mandatory evacuation order issued by the Mayor of Charleston County, guests must contact us within 24 hours to receive a full refund. This policy applies only to official mandatory evacuation orders.

House Policies:
To maintain the quality and condition of our properties for all guests, we enforce the following rules:
No Parties: Hosting parties or large gatherings is strictly prohibited.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

There will be a pre-authorization hold on the credit card for $500 in case of damages.
Guest Count: Ensure that the number of guests is correctly indicated in your booking.
Check in is at 4pm and checkout is 11am. Unfortunately we can not accommodate early checkins or late checkouts.
Abide by the checkout instructions. All trash will need to go to the bins by the time you checkout.
Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.
