„This is a lovely property on the edge of the Broads. It was very clean and comfortable, and well equipped, and the host was very helpful. There is easy access to Norwich and the coast, and some lovely walks into the Broads from the doorstep. There isn't a shop in the village, but Acle is less than 10 minutes drive and has a small supermarket, pubs and takeaways. The big supermarkets in Great Yarmouth are only 15 minutes away.“

„Excellent experience, host Sue and Tony, couldn't do enough for you, really nice couple. Room we stayed in was a double with ensuite facilities, very clean and comfortable. Stayed 3 nights, price included breakfast and parking permit. Breakfast was excellent, all sorts, cereal, cooked breakfast, continental, etc. Easy walking distance to beach and shops. I would definitely recommend staying here.“

„Lovely property. Very quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast choices. Comfortable, clean room with tea, coffee etc, fridge and microwave. Let down by the bathroom - a poor design - the floor flooded each time we used the shower, no matter how careful we were. ( Nothing the owners could do about this, but unfortunately we were woken at 5.30am each morning by the early risers with heavy feet in the room above ours. We’d ask for an upstairs room if we stayed again). “

„Overall a lovely stay, fantastic spot right on the river front. Large family room was great and very spacious but could have been cleaner, lots of dust & cobwebs! Food was absolutely fantastic, we ate in the restaurant 3 evenings and every meal was excellent. We were well looked after and the staff were brilliant. Would recommend. “

„Ich war für 6 Nächte dort. Die Lage ist sehr ländlich und ruhig, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind innerhalb von 30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. In Norwich ist man in ca. 20 Minuten. Das Personal ist sehr sehr nett und stets bemüht, einem den Aufenthalt zu verschönern. Das Frühstück ist erstklassig und wird frisch zubereitet. Die Zimmer sind außerdem sehr gemütlich, ländlich eingerichtet und qualitativ hochwertig. Ich kann dieses Hotel/Pub sehr empfehlen.“

„Alle Mahlzeiten wurden nur im freien serviert. Ich kann es verdtehen, man MUSS den gast bei der Buchung hinweisen und nicjt 3 tage vor anreise. Sevuce klsr überfordert und stark limitiert. Zimmer wurde nur nach 3x Nachfragen gereiniht und dann nur zur hälfte. From rising stsr, to fallen angel. Service war eine katastrophe.“
