„It was cozy, clean, and so very cute with lots of outlets for all our devices and very cool lighting. The heater in the bathroom is at floor level so it heats up the tile nicely. It had welcome snacks and coffee/tea and filtered water. We enjoyed our time and would love to stay again in the future. It also has an EV charger.“

„Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. „We went down during Christmas for the parlor tours. I was concerned about the recent flooding, but the shops were open and everything went to plan. The Birds nest made this a perfect stay. It's super clean and located walking distance to the shops. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen. This is an excellent place to stay! Thanks!“

„It was a truly terrible stay. The room was small and cramped, the air conditioning was uncontrolled, and the heat was too intense for a good night's sleep. There were so many homeless people nearby that I didn't dare go out for a walk. Even worse, they required check-out at 10:00 AM. I left a message saying my friend would pick me up at 11:00 AM and that the cleaners could come after 10:00 AM. I meant I could wait in the living room without interrupting the cleaning process.
