„In town for USASA snowboard Nationals, house was a perfect fit and had everything we needed. Had a problem with hot water on arrival but maintenance personnel had it fixed quickly. Location was in the back of neighborhood so took a little longer than expected to get in and out but no a real big deal. Overall a great place would definitely stay there again.“

„The property was located in a quiet area, with great views, very relaxing. The host was very friendly and great to communicate with. Definitely a great place to stay and comfortable. I only marked down a little due to the place needing some updating. The refrigerator leaked water on the inside (but I think that could be fixed with a good defrost as this happened to one of my fridges at home) and the back yard needed weeding but otherwise it was a very nice place to stay. „My wife, I, and our son’s family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this well located, clean, roomy and comfortable house in the hills south of Glenwood Springs. We especially liked our time on the decks with the incredible views of Mt Sopris. The management company was quick to respond to my questions. Our only negative note is that the house’s exterior is in need of maintenance. Overall, we do recommend this property.“
