„This cute pet-friendly house is located in a part of town that provides easy access to restaurants and shopping. The house was clean and well-stocked with comfortable furniture. The fenced yard is perfect for a small pet to stay safely and there is parking for two cars off the street, which is nice for vehicle safety. We had never been to Grand Junction before and used it as a half-way point to meet up and this worked perfectly.“

Since it snowed while we were there, we appreciated being able to park our car in the garage. The unit is very clean, the kitchen is spacious and well-stocked, and everything really was just perfect! „We stayed at this property to celebrate a milestone birthday for my mom and we couldn't have asked for a better homebase. It was perfect for us four adults. The property sits on top of hill overlooking Pagosa Springs with an incredible view of snow capped Pagosa Peak and the San Juans. We arrived to a clean property, and made full use of the kitchen, played games in the dining room, and took advantage of the firepit for s'mores in the evenings. „Overall a great experience! We have stayed here before. This time the people above us were so insanely loud starting at 5am everyday and that made it hard to sleep and hard for our baby to sleep. „The apartment was well fitted out with small kitchen, good bathroom and comfy bed. Views looked out over the town. Very well located - 5 minutes walk into village and only 5 minutes to ski lift. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Supermarket nearby along with multiple options for both cheap or gourret dining. “
