„Our clerk at check in was fantastic. We were in St Louis with a family member who had a medical appointment for early the next morning. Unfortunately when he reserved his room his appointment was for the following week and he failed to change the date the hotel was fully booked. She called around to find another accommodation with no luck. We were able to have him stay in our room with a roll away bed. It was a definite lifesaver and appreciated her willingness to go above and beyond. “

„Perfect location and most certainly made my guest and I feel safe at all times. The room was in excellent condition with far more accommodations then ever imagined. The TV was personalized when we arrived in the room which added a nice touch for us during our stay. The staff was super helpful with all of our needs and joined in conversation each time we spoke. Will definitely be staying her again. “

„When we arrived we found the parking lot has a lot of tow trucks in it, and that it is in a more industrial area, being that it was close to the Air Port we figured it would be more located for travelers, the only thing going for it in the location department is they are less than a quarter miles from the rental car depot for the air port so picking up and dropping off our rental car was a snap. “
