"We stayed at Sea Container hotel 4 nights with my family. We enjoyed very much our stay. The restaurant and service were excellent. The highlight was the staff friendliness and readiness to help. Unfortunately we were robbed the evening before our departure at the neighboring pub and lost the travel documents and phone. We didn’t get much help from the Police or the pub. But the hotel reception staff and the security personnel were very understanding and kind to help us. The security personnel accompanied me and my husband throughout the whole process. The reception manager organized a room for us in case we can’t leave the country without the travel documents. Actually, they were fully booked. The next morning the service manager at the breakfast offered toys to our children to make them happy. We thank the Sea Containers staff from bottom of our heart for your excellent support. "
