My only three negatives are the couch, which looked like it was about to lose a spring and was very uncomfortable; there were only two drinking glasses but lots of coffee cups, plates, bowls, etc.; and the upstairs neighbors who were literally stomping around and moving what sounded like boulders around their place.“

The ceiling fans in the rooms didn’t work, on arrival the suite was hot, it smelled of wet dogs! The entire facility smells.
