The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that is fairly easy to get to and has access to a walking trail and the park outside the back gate. The house is laid out to host a large group of people very comfortably and the bed was very comfortable too.

The property was nice. The kids loved the games. Walked in the forest daily. The pots and pans weren't very good and the stove could use a good cleaning. The toilets were too low. When your 6'4" it is like sitting on the floor. There is a lot of steps for a person with leg issues. Hopefully you got the AC working, the house got too warm.

Wonderful stay

Family Trip

Our kids enjoyed the games available and we all loved having access to the park behind. The location was perfect to get to and from Spokane and the airport. Really nice home! Nice and quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful property, great game room

We had a blast with pinball, sleeper hit of the trip. Property was well maintained, beautiful location, great access to the hiking trails and river. Strong recommend!

Nice and relaxing

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. House was set up nicely. Comfortable beds. Cool game room. Nice outdoor area with state park and trails right outside the back gate. Will definitely be back.

Great house. Beautiful location

The house was perfect for our stay. I was away from the city and near the river. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for all. The dad's ended up playing the pinball and video games for than the kids.

Decent place to stay, not ideal if you have bad knees.

This place met our needs, right next to Riverside Park, 15 minutes from grocery store, overall good location. The only negative feedback is that the listing didn't say that all bedrooms required climbing/going down stairs - if you have bad knees, it is a challenge.

Relaxing and Quiet

A short getaway to relax and enjoy nature with friends. Loved walking through the trees behind the house. The spa was nice even though it was cold outside, and the overhead cover was good because of the rain. One bummer was the fireplace is not part of the deal anymore. Even though it's not a real fireplace, it would have been nice for the ambiance and cold days. Property manager responded promptly to our messages.

Enjoyed the extra attention to needs of guests that are often lacking in other places (like having enough places to sit to match sleeping capacity). Clear signage, nice amenities. Easy to use kitchen. Sturdy beds.

Great for family gathering

Went up to Spokane to visit with family. This place was perfect for our hangouts with our grandsons. They loved the hot tub and games. We loved the atmosphere and openness of the place. It fit our family's needs perfectly. Thank you.
