The property was exactly as described in the listing and Ginger was a fabulous hostess that granted us early check in when we asked on the day of our check-in if we could have access to the house 2 hours early. The walk up from the beach is not ADA, it the Seven Bays boat launch is and a close drive. The house had everything we needed. The coffee was great with the Ninja 2, which takes Keurig pods.
