Subject: Formal Complaint and Demand for Immediate Full Refund
Dear Management,
I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding my recent stay at your property, which was wholly unacceptable and failed to meet basic hospitality and safety standards. Due to the severity of the issues experienced, I am requesting an immediate full refund to my original form of payment.
Upon check-in, I was assigned a room that was visibly dirty and unsanitary. The comforter was soiled, the air conditioning unit was filthy, and parts of the door were damaged. These conditions raised serious concerns regarding cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest safety.
Throughout my stay, my key card repeatedly malfunctioned, requiring multiple trips to the front desk for reactivation. This ongoing issue caused significant inconvenience and reflects poor operational oversight.
Most troubling was a severe breach of privacy and safety. A male housekeeper entered my room while I was undressed, despite a clearly displayed “Do Not Disturb” sign and the fact that it was well before checkout time. This incident was distressing, inappropriate, and unacceptable, and it left me feeling unsafe in the room I paid to occupy.
Additionally, I received no housekeeping service at any point during my two-night stay. I only remained at the hotel due to lack of immediate transportation and alternative accommodations.
