This property is located in Balboa between 9th & 10th St, between Newport and Balboa Piers. You can walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, the balboa fun zone, boat rentals, all while staying at the beach.

For those of you with kids, The nearby Bay beach is perfect for families. Marina Park is just a few blocks away with a giant Grass area to hang out at making this home an ideal location for families.

Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
