„Location is great to the beach, Disney and LA. Parking was tight and confusing as to which side of the garage was ours. Top floor gets the left side BTW. Get to the garage from the alley. Had an issue with the dish washer and it was fixed the same day. 👍 The beach chairs and toys were super helpful.“

„While the beds are a little squeeky and fixtures/showers are a little dated, you can't beat the view. Fast internet with coverage throughout the house, plenty of hot water for showers for a family of 6, and a great welcoming package of snacks. Easy checkin/checkout, good comms with the host, nice to have a parking spot too. Great value!!“

„This property was a perfect fit for our family. We have one adult son who stayed with us in the downstairs ensuite and we had the upstairs ensuite. Having the extra parking for when visitors came by was ideal and enjoyed a game of bocce in the park adjacent to the rental. Short walk to the beach. If we come again we will stay here again.“

„The beach house was perfect for a Newport Beach and Balboa island trip. The Wi-Fi is fast, the beds are comfy, the location is fantastic! I swear the cookware and kitchen necessities are the best we’ve had at a vrbo. You are about 1/2 block from beach and two blocks from balboa ferry. „Super basic house. Rugs are kind of gross and the all of the bathrooms and kitchen drains made the rooms smell really bad. Had to buy air fresheners to plug into the walls.Other than that the layout was fine and the space and location are good. Would not stay at this house again given the smell.“

„Das Mietobjekt entspricht den Bildern im Internet und ist ordentlich gepflegt. Der Vermieter selbst wohnt im Hinterhaus und ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Man sollte nur wissen, dass der Trockner und Waschmaschine im Nebenraum/ Garage zum Objekt ist und es dazu manchmal zu Konsenswolken über dem Brunnen kommen kann 😀, nicht wundern, es brennt nicht 😅. Sonst hatte ich einen entspannten Aufenthalt, gerne wieder 😁“

Garage is tight if you have bigger vehicles, but we could park on the pad of the garage and also found parking on the street. Would definitely stay again, hopefully longer next time.“

The parking is rather tight and best suited for a compact car. It wasn’t easy to find the lock box. Very limited amenities so bring some coffee and your own filters.“
