The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person.The listing never stated that they charged per guest. „Overall our family had a very nice time. The house was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. There was alot of rain during our stay so the playroom roof started leaking, it seemed like they are working on fixing that issue. Besides that it did take several hours to get a reply from the host regarding a few things that came up, luckily nothing was urgent. „Jimmy was great to work with and very responsive. The mattresses seemed very firm but maybe that is just my opinion or not my preferred firmness. The house wasn’t the cleanest stay but not filthy either. It seemed to be in a great location and only 10 minutes from Disneyland which was perfect!“
