The Space:
Located just before the boardwalk begins, this 5 bedroom oceanfront duplex has incredible views of sunsets and Catalina Island on the clearest days.
The lower unit has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with 2 twin beds. That master bedroom with the king bed has an aen suite bathroom and there is another bathroom in the hall. The home has an expansive kitchen with all your cooking must haves. The kitchen and living area open up onto the front patio where you will find a table and BBQ for those sunset meals.
The upper unit has 3 bedrooms, one with a king bed and an en suite bathroom, one with a queen and the last one with 2 twin beds. The second 2 rooms share the hall bathroom. The open concept kitchen and living area open up out to the balcony with stunning ocean views, extra seating, and a BBQ to grill up meals.
*Fireplaces are inoperable*
**Four car tandem parking in shared garage. This is a subterranean grade, and extremely steep. We recommend low profile vehicles.

-We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.
