The space
This unique one bedroom find, is a NON-Smoking Prospect Lefferts Gardens unit in the heart of Flatbush. The suite has tall ceilings with wood floors and radiator heating system. A queen sized bedroom with a closet for extra storage, extra blankets and a smart tv with fire stick. The living room has a beautiful couch for lounging or can be converted into a full sized bed for stays of 4 guests. The living room also has a work desk for people traveling for work. Alongside a full bath equipped with complimentary toiletries, a shower and separate bath tub. A kitchen with a fridge, microwave, dining area & coffee bar also on the premises.
