Geräumiges Zimmer. Vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet, aber leider nur bis 9:00 Uhr. Schöner Ausblick von der Rooftop-Bar. Zimmer wurde leider nur am ersten Tag ohne Aufforderung geputzt. Am zweiten Tag überhaupt nicht und am dritten Tag erst nach zweimaliger Aufforderung nach 18:30 Uhr.

Das Frühstück war nicht gut. Die Zimmer sind klein und müffeln. Die Lage ist zentral, nicht zu weit vom French Quarter. Allerdings fand ich das Angebot zu teuer. Ich hatte für fast die Hälfte eine bessere Lage, mindestens genauso schön, und besseren Service (Frühstück)

Staff was fantastic. Room was comfortable and clean. Relatively easy walk to French Quarter. Location is right at I-10 so easy to get there. This is at the edge to Canal Street so be aware there are many other hotels much closer to the action if that's what you are looking for.(with a price tag to match!). I heard some complaining about parking so make sure you understand those issues if you are driving. Thumbs up for the stay.

The only problem we had was we were there at check-in and our room wasn't ready yet and we needed to rest before our evening event and werent able to get in until 2 hrs after we were supposed to check in

The whole area was sketchy !!! never went inside. Couldn’t even tell where the main lobby entrance was it was all tinted and dark! one scary looking parking pad fenced in across the side street and couldn’t even tell if that was where you were suppose to park. Homeless people everywhere. Pictures on internet were not the real hotel at all. Had to book a different hotel in Gretna. Couldn’t get money back for this Springhill. . What a nightmare

The staff was friendly !!! The one thing I would change is the parking. There is a lot right next to the hotel but their parking was diagonal and across the street which was a bit annoying. But the hotel was clean and the staff was GREAT!!

Staff is WONDERFUL but hotel is just ok
The staff is absolutely amazing! Very kind, helpful, and always greet you with a genuine smile. We overheard a couple being check-in and being offered a list of places they may want to see on their trip. Breakfast was nicely stocked and there is something SPECIAL about their apple juice. - The drinks at the bar were awful. The room is dark and dim with very little lighting. Appliance's power cords are zip-tied together which made it impossible to to play with the lighting. The bathroom does not have the extended make-up mirror.This is also 2 hotels combined. Room was on the chilly side with heat on 70.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly professional and friendly! The free breakfast was good and staff were working hard to empty trashes often and refill food. We only stayed one night so we didnt fully experience all aspects of the hotel. We were given a corner room which was HUGE and such a gift! Our room overall was clean. Heres the downside: 1. The bathroom, specifically the shower, was in need of a deeper clean. 2. The self parking is confusing to get to. It was perhaps the biggest pain point of the checkin process. It wouldve been helpful to have a better labeled parking lot or at least a map given at checkin.

Staff was excellent. Hotel was very comfortable and nice for price. Breakfast options were great. Terrace offered nice view. Cons: Location. While on Canal, it’s right near interstate but not near exit so many homeless around. Also little bit of a challenge to pull up to the property. Once inside it was better, but issues with no bathroom door not shutting and no trash bags in room or bathroom. Sofa bed also incredibly noisy. Seems like small issues but with family of five it was a noticeable issue.

It was a party of 10 of us staying on the property for me and my sister's birthday and they accommodated us really well. Everything was clean and convenient in the middle of everything. The hospital is right next door so that was a plus. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The bed was nice and comfortable and the complimentary Netflix didn't hurt either. There's a gym and balcony at the top. Very nice, highly recommend.

Cost- It is not until after booking this non-refundable hotel that you are told there is a £50per night per room fee. This is payable on arrival at the hotel. For us this meant £700! On checkout they tried to charge us £50 for the free internet! Staff- Most people in New Orleans are very friendly and the staff here are for the most part very friendly. However this should not be confused with efficient. The reception and cleaning staff smile a lot, but things do not get done. Housekeeping- This is done every other day so in our 7 day stay they came 3 times. This is not what you would expect from a hotel in this price bracket. When they do come they make the bed and change the towels (if they remember) nothing else. This meant the floor wasn't swept the sides weren't wiped and the bins were emptied if they were full or you asked. Again unacceptable at this level. Food- The food is terrible. There is no other way to describe it. On the first morning a guest had to stop a staff member from filling the fridge with out of date yoghurts. The plates are polystyrene and the cutlery is plastic, there is no seating so you need to sit in the lobby. Most guests collect the food and take it to their rooms. The food on the plane was far superior to this. The choice is very limited. Everything, apart from the scrambled egg and sausage, is in a packet. Location- derelict hotel to right, public parking lot to right. Homeless tent village 100 yards with overpass above it.

Your concerns regarding food quality are unexpected and will be shared with our culinary team.The surroundings of our hotel are largely out of our control, but we understand your concerns and appreciate the feedback. It appears our unique urban location may not have been a perfect match for you. Hoping for another opportunity to serve you better in the future.

Fun hotel.
We stayed one night while passing though NO. Had a lot of fun. The street is busy, to be expected. We had 5 people in a family suite. We all had plenty of room. All staff I interacted with were very nice. We enjoyed the rooftop lookout and bar. My kids loved the gym after being cooped up in the car for 9 hours. Would love to come back kid free 😈

Very nice hotel. Short walk 10-15 min walk to bourbon st. Favorite part about this hotel is the rooftop bar. We had a wonderful bartender and views were great!

Check in just one person to handle everything even parking arrangements. Bathroom door broken upon arrival no one to fix. Hard beds, no space to eat in the morning breakfast.
