It is large and can fit your entire group of friends and family with its numerous bedrooms and bathrooms, plus additional versatile rooms that provide even more space and privacy! It has a private heated pool, hot tub and outdoor furniture. Professionally designed, open-concept layouts and kitchen & dining spaces are perfect for entertaining.

This listing consists of multiple homes that are of similar layout, but with different color configurations. This listing is for 1 of those homes. In addition to the 5 bedrooms, there is one additional modular/flexible spaces (labeled "living room" in the "where you will sleep" section of this listing). This space can be fully private and is furnished with a desk, bed, and lounge furniture to create an arrangement that best suits your group's needs. (Labeled at office below)

Our home is located in the beautiful and historic Central City. We love this neighborhood and we think that you will too. Our home is minutes away from the historic streetcars that will take you to the heart of the French Quarter or into the Historic Garden District. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, museums, and world-class restaurants. Walk down Magazine Street and explore the miles of galleries, antique stores, and boutiques waiting for you there. Or simply walk the other direction a few minutes and tour around the CBD where some of New Orleans' best restaurants await.

All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.

Getting Around:
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in between the beautiful Lower Garden District and CBD while still close to most major sites. We are a 5 minute walk to the WWII Museum, a minute walk to the St Charles at Erato streetcar stop, and the home features plentiful on-street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 6-15 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group!
–The pool is open and heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day. If you are booking dates bordering these holidays and are interested in having the pool heated, please let us know and we will determine if this request can be accommodated with our winterizing schedule.

–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.

Really nice house

The house looked just like the pictures and was really nice. Our only complaints would be that the Wi-Fi didn’t really work well and the kitchen could use some basic spices and tin foil.

Great Property, Bad Check in

Went for the Super Bowl. House is awesome.When we went to check in, someone was already at the house. That guy rudely slammed the door and was terrible. I had to call the property management company. After an uncomfortable 15 minutes, the lady informed me the listed address was different than where I was staying. The new house was 3 units over and was excactly the same but it wasn’t the best check in to say the least or the best communication. Not a hugde deal but fairly annoying considering what they charged for the Super Bwol.

This was a great place for a friends trip. We had 6 adults and plenty room, very clean and excellent facilities. Not great for walking but very easy and convenient Uber ride to anywhere you wanted to go.

Wonderful place, comfortable and clean with great decor. Bring your own plastic cups for pool area and extra dish towels (there was only one). Excellent communication with host, fast responses and helpful.

Great Stay!

Beautiful property. The home was very clean and well-appointed. The decor was beautiful, and the large windows made the space very bright. There are QR codes all over with instructions for different things. The only thing we had an issue with was that the pool was dirty, so we had to have them send someone over to clean it. I'd also add that the QR codes are nice, but maybe a book at the location with all of the information would have been nice, too, so that it's all in one place. Good for big groups, families, multiple couples, etc. The property manager was very responsive through the VRBO app chat. Overall, Good stay! I would recommend and stay again.

Just beautiful and So Close to St. Charles St

This home was absolutely gorgeous. Instructional QR codes throughout the house made settling in super easy. Quick walk to St. Charles which offers lots of different cuisine restaurants. I would highly recommend Mr Ed’s Seafood and Oyster Bar, just one block away. I will definitely stay again on my next visit to New Orleans.
