We had a great time in New Orleans! We had one issue with AC that our host was very responsive to and made sure was fixed quickly. House was accommodating for our large group. We were able to walk to most places we wanted to go. One of the nights was extremely windy and since it is an old house the windows were very loud so a noise machine was very helpful to have with us. We would stay there again if we ever are back in NOLA.

Awesome way to celebrate a 21st birthday in New Orleans mardi Gras style.

The host's were great at keeping communication open, the rental was just as stated the location is wonderful and located within walking distance of amazing food and shop's. I must say thank you to my host's for going out of your way to accommodate my stay with many thing's I wanted not needed, from the king crab experience to the great list you provided for fun thing's to do,it's not easy coming by nice people and I'm glad I was able to experience this with the both of you thank you for being amazing!!!! For me it's always the small thing's that do not go unnoticed and are the most pleasing......🫶

All the little extras

The communication was fantastic. All the little extras went a long way. Three bags of ice in the fridge, laundry detergent, toiletries etc. The only mishap was the a/c in that Front bedroom upstairs wasn’t working well. Great location!

Jazz fest HQ

Easy Uber to the fairgrounds and close to most night shows for jazz fest. We had one friend drive from Texas to meet us. I think that it’s best to use this spot as an Uber in and out situation or to walk to and from Frenchmen. Parking is available but not the best street surroundings for leaving a nice car sitting all weekend. House is very safe and very comfortable. Hosts couldn’t be more accommodating.

Amazing hosts, fantastic location

These hosts went above and beyond for our group. We had flight issues arise and they helped accommodate us in a stressful situation. The location of this house is a 25 min walk to bourbon and 10 or less min walk to Frenchman. The house sleeps many and is very spacious with nice amenities. We felt safe and the hosts were fantastic. Would stay again if they would have me! They are responsive and friendly.

Close to great...

This is a great place in a wonderful location... that just misses on the small details that would have made it a 5 star stay. It does seem like a newish listing, so hopefully the owners can clean up the details to take it to that next level. From piles of sawdust in the corner behind a door, a missing blinds in a bedroom, a broken bathroom door, thin walls to noisy neighbors, and little missing conveniences (no paper towels, coffee filters, winescrew)... One crazy one is for a place that sleeps up to 10, the main living area only has seats for 4 (a small couch and one chair). All the big things of this place are wonderful, but the multitudes of little annoyances kept it always hovering just below great. They are all fixable or not huge issues, and would certainly would stay again and hope all those details have been worked out in the future.

Super responsive, awesome hosts and great location

They let us check in a few hours early and out quite a few hours late, which was SO helpful as most of us had late flights home and wanted to spend the day exploring the city without our baggage. They even offered to store it for us if they happened to have people checking in. Also, the heat wasn't working in our place, which I imagine is because it was the first time it was being used since last winter, and one of the bedrooms was missing a blind, and there were lots of streets lights in that window. We contacted them about these issues, and one of the owners was there in 15 minutes. The heat was just on a timer that we couldn't figure out, and he got us a makeshift curtain to make do, which worked great. Highly recommend this place.

Great location and hosts!

This was a great home base for our bachelorette of 9 ladies. We all slept comfortably with enough common area for hanging out. The hosts were commutative and ensured we had a good stay. Additionally, the location is great. A grocery store and cafe within blocks, Frenchman's live music under a 10 min walk, and the street car outside the front door. I would recommend!

PERFECT LOCATION!

What a magnificent place! The location was within blocks of the streetcar, bus, market, and drug store! We were lucky enough to see them filming a movie right next to us. The house was spacious, warm, and inviting! It was clean and had plenty of extra blankets and towels. There were originally 12 of us scheduled to make the trip but 2 couples had to cancel last minute leaving us with more space than we needed. Overall, the house was a wonderful place to rest our head! The owners hit a home run with this one! We travel down every year and will book this house on subsequent visits!

The property was in a great loacation, very clean and beautiful bathrooms.

I was impressed with the natural décor, size, and design. The property is about one mile to the French Quarter, and there is a Walgreens across the street and Genes Po Boys; very convenient. They didn't have an iron, but I purchased one across the street at Walgreens. I left it at the property for future tenants. I will return and rent this property in the future. AB

BEST Location and Owner could not have been better!!!!!!!

We were a little worried the location may be a little too far from Jackson Square and Bourbon St., but it's not at all, easy walk straight down Frenchman, and very safe neighborhood. Domingo was extremely attentive to every question I had as far as the property and just overall things to do around the area. I'll definitely bring the family next time, or possibly another guys trip for some golf and shenanigans. - RH
