First off, this was at a great location in CBD, it was super easy to check in, and the rental matches the pictures and description perfectly. There were 4 of us staying - my wife and myself, and her cousin and cousin's husband.Next, the rental was cleaner than most we've ever stayed at when we checked in. Place seemed like it had actually been cleaned well and everything was spotless.Adding to that the beds were some of the more comfortable beds we've had in a short term rental. It's always a bummer to check into a nice place and get horrible sleep because the beds are garbage. That was definitely NOT the case in this rental. Also there are smart TVs for streaming in both bedrooms and the living room, if that matters to you.Last but certainly not least, the hosts Brittanie and Gerard were super helpful even before our trip (we had questions), during the check in process, and after the stay began. The hosts communicated quickly and were very helpful. (Thanks you two!)The AC went out once and they had their tech come fix it, I think within an hour or two, even though they were busy with a family emergency. (The AC works great by the way -- a wire had come loose somewhere I believe, but you can count on it working.) It was amazingly good service; I couldn't get that done so fast in my own home. Did I mention the hosts are genuinely friendly as well?TL/DR: We highly and wholeheartedly recommend this rental.
