We always felt safe, even walking around at night. So many restaurants within walking distance and very easy access to NYC. AJ was definitely awesome to work with. „We stayed over Christmas and it was a great location. Only one block off the Main Street but no excessive noise issues. Nice radiator heat so the apartment was toasty. Easy access as there is an elevator and a washer and dryer in the basement. Very spacious for a one bedroom. AJ was very responsive to our messages. Will book again when back in Hoboken.“

„This home was perfect for a short trip to explore the City. The townhouse was lovely, with everything newly remodelled and very comfortable beds. Hoboken shops and restaurants were just a block away, and the subway or ferry to New York City was a short walk, so it was an easy place to stay without a car. I was working during the day, and the internet and space worked perfectly for that too. Thank you!“

„Wer mal ein typisch amerikanisches altes Haus erleben möchte, muss nur dieses Apartment buchen. Es war nicht sehr sauber und laut, die Fenster undicht. Die Wohnung klein und die Betten waren durchgelegen und man hatte Angst das man durchbricht. Der Ausblick wie auf den Bildern? Werdet ihr nicht finden. Die Wohnung ist nur für 5 Personen bestückt. Es gibt keine Stühle für 7 Personen und es ist auch sehr kuschelig für die Anzahl an Personen.“

„I never got to stay in the place because the owner (or his agent) double booked it and didn’t realize that until the day of my parents’ arrival for whom I had selected the property. I ended up having to look for a new place within hours on a busy holiday weekend for which I had planned, booked and paid (!!!) this place 5 months in advance. Very unprofessional and disappointing“

„Die Wohnung ist relativ verkehrsgünstig gelegen; man ist zu Fuß in gut 5 Minuten an der Haltestelle der Light Rail, die einen zur Path nach Manhattan bringt. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ein Aufzug ist im Haus nicht vorhanden. Sie ist geräumig und sehr gepflegt und sauber gewesen; wirkte aber durch fehlende Dekoration etwas ungemütlich. Auch die Küchenausstattung ist etwas dürftig, wir haben z.B. einen Toaster vermisst, der auf einem Foto noch zu sehen ist und auch ein paar Weingläser wären ...
