We drove almost four hours to get here, super excited to surprise my kiddos.. just to be screwed over. Once we got there it was a bit confusing to get to the resort because of street " Closures" whole thing was weird. We arrived a bit after four, room was ready, so it made me so happy especially traveling so far and not stopping. I asked when we could go to the waterpark and more details because the site was again very limited with information, to then find out my stay does not include park, this was never stated! First huge red flag especially since they are charging over 300 for a one-night stay. I remind calm and just wanted to rest, we go in the room and here comes more disappointment... My son is only one and has Asthma! We were given the most disgusting most hideous room/ suite. Toilet was rusted meadow all under it and on top of that it wasn't all the way on the ground that was the first red flag.. the second was the smell it was awful and to top it off mold and water leaked ceiling! This room would've definitely sent our son to the hospital! I had to then walk to the office and tell them this but are they not checking the conditions of the room? Then they gave me two choices the loft or a smaller cabin that only had one bed and a pull out and I asked which is closer to the park, I was told both, so I opted in to the one with the space we required it was six of us. I thought this would finally do it but nope we get to the gate and can't get in. This trip overall sucked
