Will be back!
I live out of state, and had a family emergency in the area so I booked this property a week before I came to town, and Lyle made the process so easy! He was a great host, making sure to communicate with us every step of the way from the second I booked to the time I left. The property was in a great location, as well! I will be booking again!

AMAZING
If I could have given more stars I would have!! This condo was better than the photos. From the moment we entered I felt at home and excited. We took our family dog and even she did not want to leave! The condo was exceptionally clean, has everything you use in your own home. Just take your family,friends,yourself and show up. The host was super quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. We WILL be back!

Alberto, maybe you didn’t see it but there is a nice elevator on the south end of the building that I’ve never waited more than one minute for since I purchased this condo three years ago.

We were very impressed with the over all process from booking to ease of entry and cleanliness of the property and the condominium. Easy access to the river amd surrounding restaurants and facilities. Very impressed and we will be back. The owner of the unit was readily available through telephone and text and very pleasant to deal with. 10/10

Perfect Location and Plenty of Space
This is our second time staying here! Convenient to everything and a fun location - Tube rental right across the street and a SHORT shuttle ride back. Condo is clean and comfortable!

We had a great time at the property. You can walk down to the river and swim or walk to Texas Tubes and float the river. We didn’t want to leave.

Fabulously adequate
In the area for a wedding so just needed a place to lay my head for a couple nights hence the adequate title. Beds comfy -Pictures are accurate. Very nice park like area by the river with Landa park across the river so very picturesque. A bit older condos but a more reasonable price of most places - I like thrifty. Lots of small appliances. no dining table for those who might care - but there is some additional bar seating. We had a very nice time here.

Nice place to get away from it all
Worked out well. Location was perfect for what we intended to do. Natural Bridge Caverns and Natural Bridge Animal Refugee close by and located right next to each other. Be sure to go to the Snake and Animal Farm in New Braunfels also. San Antonio was just down the road. We went to all the major sites in town. We also quickly realized it was better to stay in New Braunfels than San Antonio! The condo is right next to the river and the surroundings were very relaxing. Bernie

What a Great Location!!
You are right on the Comal River! Naeglin’s Bakery is a short walk away. Landa Park is close by as well. You are close to the Downtown area with shops and restaurants. McAdoo’s is also super close by. Such a great location. Easy check in and the condo has everything you need for a getaway! Would highly recommend staying here.

Really nice condo right on the Comal river. Everything was great, nicely decorated and maintained. There are two tube rental places right there which makes it very easy to get going down the river. The pool and hot tub are an extra bonus. Lyle’s communication was great and The keypad on the door makes it an easy check in. Would defiantly stay here again.

If you're going to New B to ride the river this is the spot! Tube outfitters are within walking distance or just jump in the river on property. Great condo & host, and all the good eats just around the corner. I'm saving this one in my favorites!

Good bit kitchen needs TOC
Overall, everything was good and location great. The kitchen supplies need some TLC. There were glasses in the cupboards that was dirty. We had yo wash lipstick off of them. Insode of cupboards need cleaning and the pots and pans need to be replaced snd properly cleaned. The sir conditioner worked really well.
