The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo, and a half hall bathroom with another sink and toilet. From your master bedroom that features a king bed, alcove twin bunk beds in the hallway, and sleeper sofa in the living room, you will enjoy breathtaking views from your private gulf front 13th floor balcony of the Gulf of Mexico. This condo has brand new televisions throughout and recently replaced king and twin mattresses for your comfort. Cook up your favorite dishes from the spacious kitchen with granite countertops and all the appliances and cookware you need. This condo also comes with a stackable washer & dryer. When you are not hanging out in this beautiful condo, or lounging on our beaches, looking out at our crystal-clear emerald waters, you can enjoy access to the multiple swimming pools, hot tubs and fitness centers at Summerwind Resort.
