  • This cute, ground floor studio condo is perfect for a couples retreat or a small family getaway! Located directly on the Santa Rosa Sound the views from the patio are stunning. There is also a well maintained lawn off the patio. Perfect for the kids to run and play.

    Kick back and relax on the queen-sized sleeper sofa after a long, fun-filled day at the beach or grab your favorite beverage and soak up the evening sunset from the quiet patio, gazebo or the private fishing pier.

    The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a water view through the sliding glass door leading out to the patio.

    Step into the fully equipped kitchen and make a hearty breakfast before a long day at the beach or a quick snack before bed. Unit has a Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom offers a large walk in shower to rinse off from playing in the Florida sun all day.

Just what you need for small groups in Navarre

The second time my wife and I have stayed at this condo facility at Navarre. We love the location. The only issue we had was it was tighter than the online pictures showed. That might've been from the extra chair and dish cabinet. But that wouldn't keep us from highly recommending this rental if you have a small group (1 or 2) and just want to be close to the beach.

The beach area is right off the grass and we never even had to pack a cooler which tends to be a hassle during a beach vacation. We were able to eat lunch under the pavilion daily. The pool was always a nice break from the beach in the afternoon. Everyone was so nice. This is perfect if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation.
