The beach and pool areas are beautiful. The food is a real problem, reservations are nearly impossible to secure, the food is terrible and overpriced. We got food poisoning at one of the restaurants. The servers in general are unhappy and unhelpful. Perhaps because the service charge is automatically included there is no incentive to work for/provide good service. The only exception is the beach service, the beach attendants were friendly and a bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience. When we checked out there was an additional $1400 added to our bill for charges that we did not incur. The front desk did remove them but it was just one more issue. When we brought our concerns to management the food and beverage manager comped our dinner at Cafe Boulard and even the food there was terrible. A couple spit out their martinis, said it was the worst they ever had, and walked out of the restaurant. Coincidentally, Chef Boulard was also dining at the restaurant that evening because he had a an event there the next night. We even heard him complaining about the service! I also did not enjoy the shared hotel amenities: it felt dirty, overcrowded.

Absolutely incredible resort down to every last detail. Property was impeccable. Staff were very accommodating and attentive. Couldn't have asked for a better spot to just relax and unwind. Very pricey but well worth it. Will ,definitely be back.

Amazing room, great dinners, they nickel and dime you to death. $200-300 daily resort fees. Tip on everything you do required. One weekend of incidentals for 2 people was over $4000. Casino looks great, but odds are not good, and comps nearly non existent.

The property and the rooms are beautiful! I had booked and paid for an ocean view room. When we got to our room and face the building and the garden. As you know when you want to switch, aroma takes hours in the Bahamas. So, I opted not to do that. Luckily, I stumbled upon the assistant general manager, I overheard him speaking to another couple at the pool about the same problem. He ended up crediting our dinner. He was very nice, very accommodating, and great at his job, just a word to the wise, when you check and make sure you get what you want and what you paid for.

True 5 star experience! The rosewood is pure luxury. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The pools and beach are very well maintained. You have access to the entire Baha mar property which is really nice.

amazingly expensive hotel that acts like a Holiday Inn from check in to check out. Some staff excellent.. some staff not. Hit and miss. i liked nost.. but for what u get just stay at the Hyatt and enjoy Bahamar.
