„The second day the electricity was out the entire day. From 11:30 until 1 or 2 in the morning. We had to insist on showering in another room and they acted inconvenienced. The third day there was no hot water the entire day or night. They knew this would happen but didn’t advise us. We had to insist on moving again, and they acted inconvenienced.
