The Nicoletta - Double Porches & Pergola

This gorgeous home has it all, including both a stylish interior and exterior, with a double porch dream and patio space pergola! It is also fully solar powered! Located in the sought after neighborhood of The Nations, the space is nestled on a beautiful residential street in a quaint area, just down the road from great restaurants and businesses. Full of architectural accents, like a large bonus room, beautiful hardwoods, and stunning fixtures, this stunning haven is the perfect corporate rental for your extended stay of 31 days or longer!

Layout:
First Level - living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath, and spacious laundry/mud room.

Second Level - bedroom one has a king sized bed and en suite bathroom, bedroom two has a full sized bed, and bedroom three has a twin sized bed. There is also a full hallway bathroom on this level.

Level Three - bedroom four has a queen sized bed. There is also a full sized hallway bathroom and spacious bonus room on this level.

There are two external cameras facing away from the house towards the front door and side yard.

Parking: 
There is a carport on the side of the home with room for two cars. Street parking is also available.

Neighborhood:
Located in the hip and charming neighborhood of The Nations, you will fall in love with the convenience of this extremely walkable area! Check out local favorites like Jeni's Ice Cream, Bringles, or 51st taproom for an easy meal, or Southern Grist for delicious beer on tap. There are also several local great pizza places nearby to grab the perfect slice.

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.

Please check your spam inbox for this email, and contact Safely at Concierge at Safely dot com or go to Safely dot com, if you have any questions. Additionally, I agree that the rental agreement must be signed and Safely guest screening must be completed within 3 days, otherwise my stay will be cancelled.
