Enjoy your morning coffee on our private top floor patio, in which there is a kitchenette next to it. You will love staying here!

**PLEASE NOTE there are many stairs in this home. Also, we do not supply the propane for the gas fireplace on the patio. There may be some left over from a previous guest. If not, you can pick some up at the grocery store.

All pets must be approved in advance of your booking. We have a $125 pet fee. Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.
