THE LIVING ROOM

The main living area sets the tone for everything that follows. Wide open hardwood floors stretch across the entire first floor connecting the living room, dining space, and kitchen into one seamless, bright, airy environment that instantly makes twelve people feel like they all fit. Two oversized plush reclining sofas face a large wall mounted smart TV loaded with Netflix, HBO Max, and fast WiFi throughout the entire home. The neon sign on the living room wall reads "This Must Be the Place" and guests never fail to photograph it because it says exactly what they are thinking the moment they arrive.
