A short 2-block walk will take you to Centennial Park, where lush greenery, walking trails, and the stunning replica of the Parthenon await your exploration. The en-suite bathroom includes a spacious standing shower for your convenience. The 2nd bedroom offers 2 twin beds and is complete with curated furnishings and closet space. There also is a 2nd bathroom off the living area featuring a shower/tub combo. Whichever room you stay in will be the perfect space to unwind after a day out in town.

Odyssey building accommodations and amenities: As a privileged guest of Odyssey, you'll have exclusive access to resort-style amenities that will take your stay to the next level. Enjoy the newly built sparkling pool, which is complete with sun loungers and a BBQ grill that is perfect for hot summer days. Fitness enthusiasts, keep up with your workout schedule with the state-of-the-art gym. Please note: the pool is open seasonally. The pool is now open as of May 31st, 2024, and will remain open until the end of summer. Hours of operation are from 8AM - 8PM.

Visitors flock to Broadway, a street lined with multi-level bars playing live music and serving bbq. You might get stuck in traffic behind party bikes called Pedal Taverns, but you’re more likely to cheer them on than get road rage because having fun is part of the culture in Nashville.

Local Attractions: Broadway, Nashville Farmers Market, Ryman Auditorium, Honky Tonk, Bridgestone Arena, Centennial Park, Monell’s (Southern), Rolf and Daughters (Italian), Henrietta Red (Seafood), O-ku (Sushi).

Home Truths:
- This unit is located on the 1st floor, and the building does have an elevator to take you to each floor.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note, this is nearby construction for surrounding buildings. Depending on your length of stay and booking dates, guests may experience nearby construction noise.

Parking Details:
- Parking is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis in the top-floor parking garage. No reserved parking. Guests can park in any spot that is not marked reserved. No parking pass required.
- If no garage spaces are available upon your arrival, or If you have extra vehicles, additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
