Summary:
Gather for movies and games with friends or family in this newly built modern townhome spanning two floors. Thoughtfully curated decor in a Safari x Scandinavian white & bright color scheme, this home exudes comfort and urges guests to take it easy. Enjoy the BIG kitchen, board + card games, Netflix, sweets + snacks—House includes a fully stocked kitchen and updated home decor. Pet friendly. Also, free access to a private parking spot right by the back patio.

The Space:
This home is modernly built, sparkling clean, and outstandingly close to all the central Murfreesboro city activities. A record fast commute by car and bike—or you can use your legs and still make it to town square in 15-minutes or less :) Easy peasy!

2nd floor:
Two separate private bedrooms with a King size bed and a Queen. Two full baths accessible only through each bedroom. One bedroom has a spare Queen size-air mattress and a large walk-in closet with iron and ironing board.

1st floor:
Open concept floor plan leads from living room to full kitchen. A half bath is accessible via the living room. Private office with desk, chair, and a convertible couch bed is also located on the first floor.

Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire home!

The Neighborhood:
My home is located north of Murfreesboro town square. A city about 30-minutes Southeast of Nashville and about 90-minutes Northwest of Chattanooga. With a growing restaurant scene, shopping, fitness, and friendly locals, guests will feel right at home. MTSU (Middle Tennessee State University University) is a quick 6-minutes/2 miles away, as well.

Getting Around:
I would recommend driving or ridesharing around Murfreesboro. If you walk 0.75 miles South on N Maple street, you will arrive in town square which is the best walking spot in the city by far. Takes 3-minutes to drive there and parking is easy and free.

Other Things to Note:
- No taking make-up off using my home's towels
- Keep trash neatly indoors
- No glitter ($100 Fine)
- No Smoking ($300 Fine)
- No unauthorized parties at our property. This will result in immediate eviction and $1,000 minimum fine.

Family Visit

The property was perfect for what i needed it for. The set up was a little different than the photos, but it had everything I needed. I loved the open concept of the downstairs with a smaller bedroom/office space and half bath. The bedrooms upstairs were spacious with good sized bathrooms in each. Loved that the toilet wasn’t next to the tub. Laundry was also a plus upstairs. There were 2 designated parking spaces which was nice when family and friends stopped by. The area is growing, so traffic during the day can be something. The neighborhood was okay too. All messages were answered in a timely manner. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it!

Perfect place for us to stay while visiting our son who is on an international high school exchange year in Murfreesboro. Great location and overall a very comfortable stay. Excellent service and response from the hosts - could not have been better!

Minor glitches, overall positive experience

A minor glitch getting the door entry code but once that was procured, the stay was uneventful. I would suggest the facility include kitchen cleaning supplies and a dish drain board. Also, none of the shower pump bottles are labeled to let the user know which is body wash, shampoo or conditioner. FYI - the electronic door lock at the back entrance is alerting that the battery needs replacing.

Having two large master suites with bathrooms was nice. The property otherwise was a disappointment. The code did not work when we tried to check in and it took the hosts 45 minutes to respond and tell us that the code had been changed earlier in the day for a realtor to enter the house. Guess they forget they had guests checking in. After settling in we discovered that there were no dish towels or hand towels in the unit. The towels on the counter in the bathrooms were folded damp. One of the bulbs was out in the bathroom and the baseboards were filthy as well as the floor grout. The toilet did not flush well. The sheets in one of the rooms appeared dirty. I stepped on pills on the floor that were not mine, so someone did a poor job of cleaning. There were no hangers in the unit. There were good stains on the wall behind the sofa. Traffic noise behind the house was very bad. The hosts did have someone deliver towels, hangers and Kleenex but it didn’t begin to make up for all the issues.

Amazing place

I stayed here for Christmas week. Let me tell you I have stayed in many rentals before and this one is our number 1. It was so clean and that was my number one request. Extremely clean love it! It is beautiful decorated so modern and good taste. Rooms are very large. The downstairs actually now has a twin bed with a rolling bed. The most wonderful part is that I did not have to buy the essentials (hand soap, dishwash soap; toilet paper, paper towels, detergent) they were provided and that should always be the case for that I would give you 5 stars!!! The location is so grear TONS of places to eat, shop, etc. My only complain was that the TV’s in the upstairs rooms did not have remote controls. I really enjoyed this place my family was extremely happy! A clean place makes me always happy!!!

5 Star Property!

The townhome is in a great location for getting around Murfreesboro and in & out of town with ease. Upon check-in, which is a breeze & contact-free, we noticed how clean and tidy everything was. The decor is beautiful! The house is extremely well maintained! We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this is by far the cleanest & best maintained home we have ever booked. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen has the basic items needed for cooking meals, and the private patio was nice for sitting outside in the evening with a glass of wine. The owners are on call at a moments notice and happy to handle any problems that may arise. We are already thinking of booking a future stay for an event in town. 5 STARS - for sure!

Perfect stay at Alexa's place

We were a group of women traveling with our dogs for an agility competition at Tennessee Miller Coliseum. Alexa's place was perfect for our stay. Beautifully furnished, well equipped, very clean, and a super convenient location for our activities. Alexa was an extremely good host, great communication. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Spacious yet cozy.

Excellent location, in between downtown and uptown Murfreesboro. Quiet neighborhood. Spacious yet cozy, clean with all the amenities of home. Enjoyed the local sites and with only a short drive to Nashville, we enjoyed the sites without all the people and congestion. A great place if you just want to enjoy a day hanging out.

Beautiful property great location!

We stayed just one night for a wedding in Liberty. We thought the place was gorgeous but the amount of bedroom is misleading. It is listed as 3 bedrooms but the sleeping arrangements shows 4. There are only TWO bedrooms. There is a downstairs office with a futon, an air mattress, and the couch can sleep one maybe 2 people. It is not a sleeper sofa as advertised at all. We were able to make it work but it was tight. We had a smal hiccup with not having a few things but it was taken care of quickly! Overall we were happy and we made it work!

Cute place, good location, attention to details matter

We enjoyed our stay while visiting family in the area. The location is close to markets, restaurants...off the beaten path, but close enough to access the main road quickly. The decor is very cute and welcoming and we appreciated the treats after a long 10 hour drive. Our access code failed but we were able to reach the owners for a new one. Probably not the best way to start our stay, but we were relieved to hear back relatively quickly. Kitchen had all we needed after a quick grocery visit to make light meals. Beds were comfy and rooms spacious. We did not use the first floor office couch/bed. Just a few suggestions- the first floor smoke detector was pulled off and stuck in a drawer...this was an easy fix but I would think this should have been taken care of before our arrival. The chair next to the sofa is pretty wobbly - Maybe wash the new bathroom towels before putting them out for use. In light of the current Covid situation, extra care for washing linens and wiping down doors and floorboards and other surfaces would go a long way in making clients feel welcome and safe. Also wondered about the vent over the King bed...fix in progress? We travel often and probably notice these details a bit more, but attention to detail matters. This place is really cute and comfortable. We would stay again and recommend it to others with those few details attended to. Thanks for a nice stay in Murfreesboro.

This property was AMAZING! Alexa and Emily were the best hosts. The place was seriously the cutest and very cozy. My friends absolutely loved it and even want to look into renting one of the properties lol. I definitely want to stay here again, possibly over the summer.
