With an open floor plan, spacious bedrooms, and 2 separate living areas, there's plenty of room to relax and unwind. Enjoy the “Nashvegas” mural by local artist Tarabella Aversa, adding a unique touch to your stay. Please note: Davidson County limits the number of private spaces we are able to advertise—there are in fact 6 private spaces.

Choose from 12 comfortable beds: 4 Kings, 4 Twins, 1 Sectional-Queen, 1 Sofa-Full, and 2 Roll-Away Twins. There's ample space for everyone to sleep soundly after exploring Music City!

The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator with InstaView and filtered water/ice dispenser. The dining area boasts a buffet-style table, perfect for group meals.

Pamper yourself in the primary suite's private bathroom, complete with double vanities, a walk-in tiled shower, and a separate soaking tub. The second primary bedroom also features a private bath and king bed.

-Starter Supplies
The home comes equipped with a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, coffee, coffee filters, laundry detergent/dryer sheets, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Depending on the number of guests and length of stay, you may need to supplement these supplies as customary with vacation rentals.
-Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
We can offer early check-in for an additional $75, allowing you to check in anytime after 12:00 PM instead of 4:00 PM. Late check-out may also be accommodated depending on cleaning schedules and next guest check-in. Late check-out fees: up to 2 hours - $75. Please check out by 10:00 AM on your departure date unless otherwise approved, as late check-out without prior approval may result in a penalty of 25% of your total stay.
-Quiet Hours & Neighbors
Please be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM as per city ordinance. Be mindful of your noise level at all times.
-Parties & Events
Parties and events may be allowed with prior approval and additional fees. Unregistered guests or unapproved parties will result in the forfeiture of your entire deposit.
-Hanging Items
Do not use tape to hang items on walls or ceilings, and do not stand on furniture. We recommend using command strips for hanging banners or other decorations.
-No Confetti or Glitter
Absolutely no confetti or glitter allowed. An extra cleaning fee of $100 will be charged if any glitter/confetti is found.
-Smoke-Free Environment
Smoking is not permitted in or around the property. Please refrain from smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking will result in a fine of $250. Thank you for keeping our home smoke-free!
-Parking
Please park only on the driveway and avoid parking on the grass.
-Pet Policy
Up to 2 dogs allowed with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per dog. Cats and other pets are not permitted.

No parties or events exceeding the home's maximum occupancy. Enjoy your Nashville experience responsibly! *Dogs should not be left unattended outside when guests are not at house*
-SimpliSafe Security System
Instructions for the security system are posted beside the main keypad and included in guest correspondence. Please be intentional with its use, as guests may be responsible for fines from false alarms resulting in police dispatch.
