„This was our SECOND trip back to the Sea Breeze Beach House. We really enjoyed the quite neighborhood and location (short walks to the beach and St. Andrews State Park and close driving distance to good restaurants and grocery stores). The house is clean, kitchen well stocked, and our pups enjoyed the huge fenced in backyard. Highly recommend! “

„It was a great property. Very quiet area like abnormally quiet at night. Very cozy and pleasant house. We walked to the beach twice in no time. Very nice and relaxing walk to the beach. Negatives: Two things, I have to address. Please deep clean the couch seats. Possibly a rug doctor. They were saturated with deep stains in them possibly from guests having pets. Maybe air out the house longer when guests have dogs. Other than that no issues. It was a very pleasant experience. “

„The place was very clean and prepared for our stay. The communication with the host was good throughout the week as we had issues with the stovetop and the disposal. Communication on lacked on our arrival day but outside that it was great. The pool and hot tub were utilized by us and were very nice especially on the days we experienced bad weather. Beach access was awesome and the location was very great.“

EVERYTHING you could possibly think of was provided (wouldn't have brought so much for the pups if I'd read the details prior to packing the car lol). The separate fenced area for the dogs was amazing and such a well thought out area too - poo bags and disposal bin with the fire hydrant were so convenient as well as cute! Having a golf cart, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and wagon were perfect for our trip and was a selling point for ...

„The place had everything we needed. This is the 1st stay where a place had beach towels, a bunch of beach stuff, coffee, seasonings, and more than a sufficient amount of toilet tissue and paper towels. Short walk to the beach.“
